# Theses and pump.fun

> Trader theses and pump.fun callouts, paged newest first.

A thesis is a trader's written rationale attached to a token.

## Trader theses

![Illustrative token wall from GET /v2/thesis/token/\{tokenAddress}: two theses on \$GRIDLY, newest first, with older theses paged by ?before=nextBefore](https://mintcdn.com/socialscan/BrQ7K17L0lhJlH7V/images/art/theses.webp?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=BrQ7K17L0lhJlH7V\&q=85\&s=ef78861d715266ecfcb01c5dab750e06)

| Endpoint | Answers |
| - | - |
| `GET /v2/thesis` | every thesis, newest first |
| `GET /v2/thesis/token/{tokenAddress}` | one token's wall |
| `GET /v2/thesis/user/{id}` | one author's wall |
| `GET /v2/thesis/user/{id}/token/{tokenAddress}` | one author on one token |

Narrow the question when you can. Asking `/v2/thesis` and filtering on your side
spends more than asking the token or author wall.

Paging, the `before` cursor and dedupe on `thesisHash` work the same on all four.
See [Paging and deduplication](https://docs.fomoscan.sh/concepts/pagination.md).

## pump.fun

![Illustrative pump.fun callouts from GET /v2/pump/thesis: \$SOLCAT 8.9x since a call at \$48k, \$MOONPIG 3.2x from \$120k, \$GRIDLY 1.4x from \$310k and \$FROGGO 0.6x from \$95k, each with the caller and a one-line thesis](https://mintcdn.com/socialscan/pX0brSzGgXBryxeh/images/art/pump.webp?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=pX0brSzGgXBryxeh\&q=85\&s=a68384d55cbb8f51355b032c3acbdc43)

| Endpoint | Answers |
| - | - |
| `GET /v2/pump/thesis` | the 25 most recent callouts across every coin |
| `GET /v2/pump/thesis/token/{mint}` | one coin's callout wall |
| `GET /v2/pump/thesis/wallet/{wallet}` | one wallet's callouts |
| `GET /v2/pump/user/wallet/{wallet}` | the pump.fun profile behind a wallet |
| `GET /v2/pump/leaderboard/traders` | the top 100 traders by PnL, as a snapshot |

* Callout walls hold 25 callouts a page and page with `before` set to a
  callout `id`. Dedupe on `id`.
* On pump.fun the wallet is the account, so the profile lookup is a read. It
returns `404` when the wallet has no pump.fun user.
* The leaderboard takes `period` (`daily`, `weekly` by default, or `monthly`)
and an optional `at` (epoch ms or ISO) for the latest snapshot at or before
that instant. `capturedAt` is the snapshot time.
