Each key has one per-minute request limit across every endpoint. It comes from the plan and GET /v2/me reports it as entitlement.ratePerMinute. Keys that share one balance share this limit. The window is a fixed minute. A per-IP burst ceiling sits behind it: Exceeding either returns 429 RATE_LIMITED with retryAfter in seconds. Wait that long before the next call.
